Job summary

Motherson Technology Services Limited in Jaipur is seeking a Vehicle Integration Engineer with strong CATIA V5 skills and experience in automotive sheet metal and/or plastic components. The role focuses on vehicle-level integration, interface management, and resolving integration issues across systems.

You will coordinate with BIW, Interior, Exterior, Chassis, Powertrain and Electrical teams, review 3D models, drawings, and ensure compliance with design standards and integration requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong CATIA V5 experience for 3D model review and integration.
• Experience with automotive sheet metal and/or plastic components.
• Ability to verify interfaces, mounting points and connections.
• Excellent coordination with BIW, interior, exterior, chassis, powertrain and electrical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle-level integration of automotive components and systems.
• Work with CATIA V5 for 3D model review, assembly and integration activities.
• Integrate sheet metal and plastic components at vehicle level.
• Verify component interfaces, mounting points and connections between different systems.
• Perform clearance and interference checks and identify integration issues.
• Analyze and resolve clash/interference issues between components.
• Review 3D models and engineering drawings to ensure proper vehicle integration.
• Coordinate with BIW, Interior, Exterior, Chassis, Powertrain and Electrical teams for integration-related activities.
• Support design changes and assess their impact on surrounding vehicle components.
• Participate in design and integration reviews and track open issues to closure.
• Ensure compliance with applicable design standards, engineering specifications and integration requirements.
• Prepare and maintain integration-related documentation and reports.
