Job summary

Vegs Wellness is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead overall quality control in manufacturing and manage QA/QC documentation, GMP compliance, and FSMS implementation. The role requires strong knowledge of GFSI and lab testing of raw materials, with oversight of microbiology testing and reporting.

The candidate should hold an M.Sc./B.Sc. in Life Sciences and be prepared to work with both US and European quality standards to improve processes and ensure product safety.

Qualifications

• Overall Quality Control in Manufacturing processes.
• Documentation and Records of QA / QC, GMP, implementing quality systems and control procedures
• Implementation & Monitoring FSMS, GMP and GHP
• Knowledge of GFSI experience.
• Knowledge of basic test requirements and acceptable parameters for Herbs.
• Work closely with production teams and oversee all product testing, ensuring that it is as per the requirements.
• Suggest changes to improve quality over time
• Fully conversant with present US & European requirements
• Heading to perform in-house Lab testing of raw materials for microbiology and reporting of test results

Responsibilities

• Oversee all QA/QC activities in manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FSMS and GHP.
• Coordinate lab testing and report test results.
• Maintain QA documentation and records for audits.
• Prepare for FDA audits and address any nonconformities.
• Align quality processes with customer and regulatory requirements.
