Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Veeva Enterprise Architect to lead architecture, AMS transformation, and solutioning for global Life Sciences clients. You will partner with business and IT leaders to define roadmaps, optimize application landscapes, and guide digital transformation in regulated environments.

You will drive ASE assessments, governance, and cross-functional delivery, while supporting proposals, risk assessments, and modernization initiatives across Veeva and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive Veeva Vault Platform experience within Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of Veeva Quality, Regulatory and Clinical modules.
• Proven enterprise architecture experience across regulated environments.
• Experience in AMS, transformation programs, and solution design.
• Ability to lead assessments, define standards, and govern roadmaps.
• Proven stakeholder management and proposal support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharma AMS assessments, discovery workshops, and portfolio evaluations.
• Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Drive architecture reviews and solution governance across Veeva and enterprise platforms.
• Design and oversee integrations between Veeva apps and ERP/CRM systems.
• Support validation, qualification, and compliance in regulated Life Sciences environments.
• Conduct application rationalization and modernization initiatives.
• Lead solution design, estimation, vendor evaluations, and transformation planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology with objectives.
• Support AMS pursuits through inventories, operating model definition, and transitions.
• Develop SLA/KPI frameworks, risk assessments, and modernization recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals, narratives, and executive-level discussions.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams with regulatory alignment.

Your Role

As a Veeva Enterprise Architect, you will lead enterprise architecture, AMS transformation, solutioning, and consulting initiatives for global Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical organizations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, platform owners, and delivery teams to define strategic architecture roadmaps, optimize application landscapes, and drive digital transformation across regulated environments.

This role requires a strong combination of Veeva platform expertise, Life Sciences domain knowledge, enterprise architecture capabilities, and AMS solutioning experience, along with the ability to support proposals, conduct assessments, and provide strategic guidance for large-scale transformation programs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead Pharma AMS assessments, discovery workshops, and application portfolio evaluations.
• Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, solution patterns, and technology roadmaps.
• Drive architecture reviews, design approvals, and solution governance across Veeva and enterprise platforms.
• Design and oversee integrations between Veeva applications, enterprise systems, and external platforms.
• Support validation, qualification, and compliance requirements within regulated Life Sciences environments.
• Conduct application rationalization, modernization assessments, and technology landscape optimization initiatives.
• Lead solution design, estimation, vendor evaluations, and transformation roadmap development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology strategy with organizational objectives.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
