Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking an AI & Pharma Data SME to drive GenAI and AI-powered transformation initiatives across the Life Sciences value chain. You will act as a strategic advisor, enabling global pharma organizations to accelerate innovation and optimize operations using Generative AI, Scientific AI, Knowledge Graphs, and advanced data platforms.

• Experience with pharma data platforms and GenAI is preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory and validation requirements in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/GenAI solution architecture initiatives across Pharma domains.
• Serve as the technical owner for AI-driven transformation programs, design and delivery strategy.
• Conduct portfolio assessments, rationalization, and modernization across Life Sciences.
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify AI use cases.
• Define target architectures leveraging GenAI, Knowledge Graphs, and Data Platforms.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business value realization plans.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory, compliance, and audit readiness.

Your Role

As an AI & Pharma Data SME (Elementum.ai / GenAI), you will drive AI and GenAI led transformation initiatives across the Life Sciences value chain. You will serve as a strategic advisor and solution leader, helping global pharmaceutical organizations harness the power of Generative AI, Scientific AI, Knowledge Graphs, and advanced data platforms to accelerate innovation, optimize operations, and improve business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead AI and GenAI solution architecture initiatives across Pharma R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, TechOps, Commercial and enterprise functions.
• Serve as the overall technical owner for AI-driven transformation programs, solution design, estimation, and delivery strategy.
• Conduct application portfolio assessments, application rationalization, and modernization evaluations across Life Sciences organizations.
• Facilitate executive workshops, innovation sessions, and stakeholder discussions to identify AI use cases and transformation opportunities.
• Define target architectures leveraging GenAI, Knowledge Graphs, Scientific AI, Data Platforms, and Elementum.ai capabilities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies, and business value realization plans.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory, compliance, validation, and audit readiness requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
