Responsibilities

• Complete all allocated valuations professionally and within timeframes, following company and client instructions.
• Meet personal annual fee production goals.
• Conduct day-to-day site visits as assigned by the manager.
• Perform property due diligence and market research.
• Assist in procurement, development and day-to-day management of clients.
• Develop knowledge of systems supporting the valuation process and generating valuation reports.
• Participate in team meetings and share information with colleagues.
