Job summary

TEN News Network in Delhi seeks a dynamic sales and business development professional to build relationships across education, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors. You will generate advertising, sponsorship, and brand partnerships and drive campaigns across TEN's digital, social media, events, and editorial platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, media marketing, advertising, or business development.
• Strong communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, hospitals, corporates, real estate companies, retail brands, hotels, restaurants, malls, and local businesses.
• Generate advertising, sponsorship, and brand partnership opportunities for TEN News Network.
• Promote TEN News digital, social media, event, video, and editorial platforms.
• Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long-term business associations.
• Coordinate with clients for marketing campaigns, interviews, events, brand promotions, and special coverage opportunities.
• Represent TEN News at business networking events, exhibitions, conferences, trade fairs, and community programs.
• Maintain regular client engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, media marketing, advertising, or business development.
• Strong communication, networking, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with the Delhi‑NCR business ecosystem, including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently.
• Candidates with existing contacts in schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, industries, real estate, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors will be preferred.
• Must possess their own conveyance and be willing to travel across Delhi‑NCR.
