GALAXEYE Space Solutions Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a V&V Lead Engineer to guide satellite hardware and software verification, develop test-data systems, and own the digital twin roadmap. You will lead a growing team and define the overall test strategy to support program milestones.

Responsibilities include managing TVAC, VIB, EMI/EMC campaigns, building data logging and reporting interfaces, and coordinating with AIT and subsystems to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hardware/environmental testing and software development with leadership experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Verification& Validation (V&V) Lead to lead our satellite testing function,test-data systems, and digital twin development. You will set the technicaldirection for verification and validation across the program and manage a teamof V&V engineers.

You will own the test strategy and readinessfor satellite hardware, define the approach for test-data systems (logging,visualisation, and reporting software), and own the digital twin roadmap. Youwill work closely with sub-system technical leads, the AIT (Assembly,Integration & Test) team, and program management to ensure verificationactivities support program milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the verification and validation strategy and testreadiness across the program, including thermal vacuum (TVAC), vibration (VIB),and electromagnetic interference/compatibility (EMI/EMC) test campaigns.
• Define the approach and architecture for test-datasystems, and direct and review the development of data logging, UI, andreporting software.
• Ownthe roadmap for the satellite digital twin (a virtual model of the satelliteused for simulation and analysis).
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of V&V engineers,including planning, task allocation, and review.
• Interface with sub-system technical leads, the AITteam, and program management on verification planning, status, and risk.
• Establishand maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree (B.Tech / B.E) in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace,Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Master'sdegree in a relevant field is preferred.

Skills & Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in hardware/environmentaltesting and software development, including experience leading or managing atechnical team.
• Strong software development background, with theability to define the approach for and review data logging, UI, and reportingapplications. [Specify required languages / frameworks / tools.]
