Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, required.
• Master’s in Management or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on project management in aerospace, satellites, or high-tech engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of space-borne and satellite system projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and technical teams.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress using project management tools.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Facilitate communication across teams and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Provide regular updates to leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ProjectManager to lead and coordinate projects related to space-borne and satellitesystems. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, planning, andcommunication skills and will be responsible for driving project executionacross cross-functional teams.

This role involves close collaboration with the engineeringteam, stakeholders, clients, and external advisors. You will play a pivotalrole in managing timelines, budgets, risk, and scope while ensuring projectgoals align with GalaxEye’s mission and objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegree (B.Tech / B.E) in Engineering or equivalent.

Skills & Requirements

• 3+years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably inaerospace, satellite, or high-tech engineering domains.
  
• Exceptionalclient-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Provenexperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana,or similar).
  
• Strongorganizational and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention todetail.
  
• Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Demonstratedability to work methodically and collaboratively in cross-functionalteams.
  
• Familiaritywith spaceborne or satellite systems is a strong advantage.
