We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our Product & Design team at HT Digital Streams. You will uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations to shape seamless, engaging experiences across our news and content platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (surveys, usability tests, interviews) to understand digital content consumption.
• Translate insights into personas, user journeys, and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Design, Editorial, and Tech teams to enhance engagement, navigation, and content discovery.
• Test and optimize features across web, mobile, and app platforms.
• Leverage research and analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, UserTesting, etc.) to deliver data-backed insights.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of UX research experience, preferably in digital media, consumer apps, or online platforms.
• Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Passion for media and user-centered design.
