• Experience designing complex journeys and scalable digital experiences.

• Tier-1 design school graduate.

As a UX Design Leader in our team, you will play a crucial role in leading experience strategy and partnering with design to develop customer and partner insights, heuristic and competitive experience analysis, and performance optimization strategies. You will also be responsible for building relationships with leaders and partners to shape our overall strategy/plans. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and inspire a User Experience team, setting clear objectives while balancing short-term development with long-term career growth. Being an active member of our global creative leadership team, you will help create the wider team's vision, culture, and goals. Promoting best practices to partners to support the strategic priorities of Search will also be a key part of your role.

• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, research-backed design, and complex problem-solving

• Experience in product-based companies (B2C highly preferred)
