Job summary

Koru UX Design LLP in India is seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to drive high-value UX initiatives for our HealthTech clients. You will lead engagements, shape UX strategy, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to deliver exceptional design work.

You will mentor designers, strengthen design processes, and champion AI-enabled features. Remote work flexibility is offered, with a collaborative, high-performance team environment and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX design experience, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including projects where you led teams or managed client accounts.
• Experience in B2B products and enterprise applications; HealthTech experience is a plus.
• Exposure to AI in a product or UX context—designing AI-powered features or collaborating on AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead UX projects, ensuring the team delivers impactful solutions aligned with business and user goals.
• Define UX strategy and execution plans, guiding the team on approach, workflows, and best practices.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX efforts with product objectives.
• Play an active role in shaping the UX of AI-powered product features, internally as well as externally (client-facing activities).
• Balance mentorship and execution, reviewing and elevating team deliverables while owning key UX outputs
• Ensure UX design improves product adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction, with a focus on measurable business impact.
• Communicate and present design strategies and solutions effectively to both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibility

• Promote responsible exploration and integration of AI into design workflows across the team.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new designers.
• Contribute to presales efforts, helping shape UX proposals and strategy discussions with potential clients.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams, preferably within an agency or service-based business.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including projects where you have led teams or managed client accounts.
• Must have experience in B2B products and enterprise applications. Experience in the HealthTech industry is a plus.
• Exposure to AI in a product or UX context–whether through tool usage, feature design, or hands-on collaboration on AI-powered products is highly preferred.
