POSITION OVERVIEW

We're seeking a talented UX Designer with 6-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. While prior experience in the general insurance sector is a plus, we welcome candidates with a passion for design and a desire to learn and grow.

As a UX Designer at Tata AIG, you'll be responsible for providing creative solutions to the problem statement, creating stunning visuals, intuitive user interfaces, and engaging user experiences. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who thrives on continuous learning and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. UX Design: Create user-centric designs, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience and interface.

2. Demonstrate ownership of your designs by confidently articulating, presenting, and advocating for them based on established UX principles. Embody the role of a refined UX designer who champions the users' needs and experiences.

3. Conduct user research methods like user interviews, usability tests, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

4. Continuously track the analytics and get quantitative insights out of the live data.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centered designs for our digital products.

6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and proactively apply them to enhance our products.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field.

• Proven experience of 6-7 years in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Passion for design and a strong desire for continuous learning

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
