Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive intuitive, engaging digital experiences across complex products. You will lead end-to-end UX activities, partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate customer needs into compelling experiences.

You will conduct user research, develop interactions, IA, wireframes, and prototypes, and translate business requirements into intuitive designs. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5–9 years of experience designing digital products in agile environments.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX and business impact.
• Experience conducting and applying user research.
• Expertise in interaction design, IA, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other UX tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive experiences.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience designing digital products in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX design process and measurable business impact
• Proven experience conducting and applying user research
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other UX design tools
• Skills in translating complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Strong communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Background in enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, banking, or B2B platforms
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and inclusive design practices
• Familiarity with design thinking, Lean UX, and agile product development methodologies
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and experimentation frameworks
• Experience mentoring designers or leading workstreams within a UX team
