Job summary

The Langoor Group in Bengaluru is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, partnering with clients, product managers and developers. You will conduct user research, define flows, wireframes and interactively prototype in Figma, build design systems, and present concepts with clear rationale to stakeholders.

A strong portfolio and 2–4 years of experience are preferred; join a fast-paced team driving digital marketing

Qualifications

• Portfolio of real client work across web or mobile applications.
• 2–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Design Systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing client/commercial work.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• User research or usability testing experience is a plus.
• Academic projects or bootcamp work alone will not be considered.

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user experience principles. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms while collaborating closely with clients, product managers, developers, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has worked on real client projects, is confident presenting and defending design decisions, and enjoys solving business and user problems through thoughtful design.

What You'll Do

• Strong understanding of UI design fundamentals including typography, colour, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency.


• Solid knowledge of UX principles including user-centred design, usability, information architecture, and interaction design.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to interact directly with clients.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.


• Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and crossfunctional teams.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Working knowledge of responsive design principles.


• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.


• 2-4 years of hands-on experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.


• Expert proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Design Systems.
