Job summary

Echt Tech Consultancy is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive experiences for websites, web apps, and mobile apps. You will translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows while ensuring consistency across platforms.

The role involves collaborating with developers and stakeholders, conducting basic user research, and applying accessibility and responsive design principles. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of UX/UI experience, strong Figma skills, and a solid portfolio

Role & responsibilities

User Experience Design

• Design user-friendly and intuitive experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Understand user requirements, business objectives, and project specifications.
• Ensure designs are simple, consistent, accessible, and easy to navigate.
• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Wireframing and Prototyping

• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop user flows, navigation structures, and basic information architecture.
• Convert requirements and ideas into clear visual layouts and design concepts.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

UI Design Fundamentals

• Create clean and consistent user interfaces using appropriate typography, colors, spacing, and layouts.
• Follow existing design systems, brand guidelines, and UI standards.
• Maintain consistency across screens, components, and different devices.
• Apply responsive design principles for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

User Research and Usability Testing

• Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and reference analysis.

Accessibility and Responsive Design

• Follow basic accessibility principles and usability standards.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

• Incorporate feedback from clients, managers, and internal teams.

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates should be able to share a portfolio demonstrating their UX/UI design work, including:
