Job summary

e-Hireo is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive web and mobile interfaces. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups while developing user journeys and personas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible and consistent designs.

The role requires a strong portfolio, deep knowledge of current mobile and web standards, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile setting and to accept constructive feedback.

Qualifications

Job description

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop user journeys, personas, and interaction flows
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams

Required Skills :

• Proven 5+ years of experience UI/UX design
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking
• Strong design sense and in-depth knowledge of current mobile and web standards
• Should have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or Diploma in Design, Computer Science / IT with relevant hands‑on experience or Equivalent practical experience or certifications in software development (for fresher or self-taught candidates)
