Job summary

Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP is seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead the full UX design process across digital products and platforms from Bengaluru. You will independently manage projects, conduct user research, define personas and journey maps, and translate business needs into intuitive experiences.

The role emphasizes Design Thinking, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent UX across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in UX Design, HCI, or related field.
• Professional certification in UX Design is an added advantage.
• 5+ years of hands-on UX Design and Consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete UX design process across digital products and platforms.
• Independently manage UX projects, including planning, stakeholder communication, deliverables, and quality assurance.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, and observational studies.
• Define user personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
• Create information architecture, site maps, navigation structures, and task flows.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and clickable prototypes.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations, UX audits, and usability assessments.
• Plan and facilitate Design Thinking workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Execute UX strategy discussions and advocate for user-centric design approaches.
• Define and establish UX standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects.
• Create, maintain, and evolve Design Language Systems (DLS), UX patterns, interaction guidelines, and component behaviors.
• Ensure consistency of user experience across multiple products and channels.
• Define accessibility and inclusive design considerations within the UX framework.
• Present UX concepts, research insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
