Job summary

Quixta is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer in Bengaluru to lead UX strategy, craft world-class design work, and elevate team capabilities. This leadership-track role focuses on shaping how great design gets done across websites, web apps, and digital platforms for a select group of clients.

The candidate will own end-to-end design processes, establish design systems, and collaborate closely with clients and developers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally with agency or product studio exposure.
• Strong portfolio including websites and product design work with complex interfaces and design systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and responsive/adaptive design.
• Ability to lead projects independently and make strong design decisions under time constraints.
• Strong communication skills to explain and defend design decisions to clients and non-designers.
• Experience mentoring or providing structured feedback to junior designers.
