Job summary

Creative Capsule is hiring a UI/UX Designer to craft simple, intuitive experiences across client products. You’ll balance analytical thinking with creative problem solving, showcasing a strong UX portfolio that explains design decisions and process.

You’ll plan user research, define flows and IA, prototype rapidly, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product experiences. Experience with AI tools in design is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX or Product Designer with end-to-end work and design reasoning.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design, research, usability testing, IA and accessibility.

Responsibilities

The person in this role will work across a range of client products, designing experiences that are simple, intuitive and easy to use. You'll bring interfaces and workflows together in ways that make products easier to use, remove friction points and make complex tasks feel effortless.

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to help our clients build products their users love. We're looking for someone who is both analytical and creative. You should have a strong understanding of user needs and a clear, thoughtful approach to solving problems. Please share a strong UX portfolio that shows your process and the reasoning behind your design decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end experience for assigned client products, turning unclear business goals into simple, measurable design solutions


• Plan and run user research to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points, and turn those insights into personas, journeys and clear design direction


• Define user flows, information architecture and interaction models, and test how well they work in practice


• Rapidly prototype ideas, often in code, to test concepts early and refine them into wireframes and high-fidelity designs


• Use AI tools across your workflow, from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping and iteration, to move faster while maintaining quality


• Plan and conduct concept validation, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the user experience


• Solve UX challenges across usability, navigation, findability and accessibility, designing to current accessibility standards


• Work closely with UI designers, product managers, developers and client stakeholders to deliver cohesive product experiences


• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to clients and development teams


• Set up and maintain design systems that map directly to development code, keeping components and tokens in sync so products stay consistent and scalable

As a Senior Designer, your additional responsibilities will include:

• Lead the UX for complex, multi-product client engagements, setting the design direction and making key decisions with confidence


• Own the governance of design systems, setting the standards for how components are built, documented and adopted across teams


• Mentor and guide designers through feedback, design reviews and hands‑on support, raising the quality of the team's work


• Define how the team uses AI tools in the design process, setting practices that improve speed without lowering quality


• Help scope and estimate design work during pre-sales and project planning, balancing client expectations with realistic delivery


• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and represent UX at a senior level in strategic conversations


• Define metrics success for each project and use data and research to measure the impact of design decisions

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end work and design reasoning


• Strong grasp of user‑centered design, research, usability testing, information architecture and accessibility standards


• Experience with rapid, code‑based prototyping and AI tools across the design process


• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables and tokens, with experience building design systems mapped to code


• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to collaborate closely with engineers

Personal Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn business requirements into practical, well‑reasoned solutions


• Quick to learn new tools, concepts and domains, especially in a fast‑changing AI landscape


• Well organised, able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines without losing attention to detail


• Confident working independently and taking ownership, while collaborating well within a team


• Clear written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions to clients and engineers

Education and Work Experience:

• Education Background in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or other related area is preferred


• The candidate should have over 5+ years of working experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
