Job summary

Siemens in Pune seeks a UX Analyst to transform employee interactions with our digital workplace services. You will analyse incident data, feedback, and usage analytics to uncover friction and drive measurable improvements.

You’ll build intuitive Power BI dashboards, define KPIs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations, collaborating with UX designers, product teams, and global stakeholders across our vast organisation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience across data analytics, employee experience, UX research, or digital workplace services.
• Hands-on Power BI dashboard development and data visualization experience.
• Experience developing AI-assisted solutions using Copilot Studio or similar tools.

We are looking for UX Analyst

• Analyse incident data, feedback, and usage analytics to understand employee interactions with Office IT services.
• Identify friction across onboarding, ordering, activation, and support journeys to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Build intuitive Power BI dashboards that make experience insights visible, measurable, and actionable.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve services.
• Define experience measurements and KPIs that reveal service performance, adoption, satisfaction, and experience gaps.
• Enable evidence-based decisions by connecting employee insights with clear service improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with UX designers, service owners, product teams, and technical experts to implement measurable improvements.
• Apply AI-driven insights and continuous improvement practices to enhance end-to-end digital workplace experiences.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Bring 3–5 years of experience across data analytics, employee experience, UX research, business intelligence, service management, or digital workplace services.
• Apply hands-on Power BI expertise in dashboard development, data visualisation, and stakeholder-focused insight communication.
• Develop copilots, agents, or AI-supported business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Understand UX principles, employee journeys, service touchpoints, Moments that Matter, experience measurement, and Digital Workplace services.
• Analyse incidents, support tickets, feedback, surveys, adoption data, satisfaction indicators, and operational metrics.
• Communicate confidently in English and collaborate effectively across large, global organisations with multiple stakeholders and data sources.
