Job summary

TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. in Haryana seeks an experienced Utility & Project Manager to oversee a broad range of plant utilities and CAPEX projects. You will lead maintenance, safety, energy efficiency, and asset management across FMCG manufacturing facilities.

The role requires 10–15 years in mechanical/electrical environments, BE/B.Tech, and hands-on vendor and manpower leadership. You will coordinate budgets, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in reliability and cost

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in FMCG/manufacturing utilities.
• Proven CAPEX planning, budgeting and project execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant utilities such as boilers, HVAC, chillers, ammonia systems, DG sets.
• Ensure statutory compliance, EHS, energy efficiency and water conservation.
• Manage direct and outsourced manpower, vendors, inventory; support minor projects.
• Handle CAPEX planning, budgeting, execution, cost tracking and asset management.

Job Description:
Responsible for operation and maintenance of plant utilities, including boilers, HVAC, chillers, ammonia refrigeration, DG sets, air compressors, ETP, RO, WTP and fire protection systems. Ensure statutory compliance, preventive maintenance, equipment uptime, EHS, energy efficiency and water conservation. Manage direct and outsourced manpower, vendors, spare inventory and minor engineering projects. Handle CAPEX planning, budgeting, project execution, cost tracking, capitalization and asset management.
