Job summary

Ideal Talent Connect is seeking a maintenance operator to oversee plant utility systems in our production facility. The role involves operating boilers, chillers and related equipment, monitoring performance, and ensuring continuous supply of steam, cooling water, chilled water, and compressed air to processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of boilers, compressors, pumps and cooling systems, be able to read pressure gauges and control panels, and perform basic troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Knowledge of boiler operation, compressors, pumps, and cooling systems.
• Ability to read pressure gauges, meters, and control panels.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant utility systems including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors and pumps.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of steam, cooling water, chilled water and compressed air to production units.
