Job summary

Atharv Consultants is seeking an experienced professional to operate and monitor critical utility equipment in a chemical/ Process industry in Pune. You will oversee boilers, chillers, cooling towers and related systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in utility operations and mechanical maintenance, with knowledge of DM water and softeners, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in utility operations and mechanical maintenance in a chemical or process industry.
• Experience operating boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air systems.
• Knowledge of DM water plants and softener systems.
• Ability to coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler, chiller, cooling tower, air compressor, air dryer, nitrogen generation plant, DM water plant and softener plant.
• Perform preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure reliable plant utilities.
