Intech Organics Limited in Rajasthan, India, seeks a skilled professional to operate and maintain industrial utility systems, including compressors, nitrogen generation equipment, chillers, boilers, and STP, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

You will perform regular inspections, log process parameters, and coordinate with user departments to meet utility demand. A proactive maintenance mindset and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent disruptions and improve efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in operating utility systems (compressors, nitrogen generation, chillers, boilers, STP).
• Proactive maintenance and monitoring of process utilities.
• Ability to read instrumentation and log records accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Operate utility systems including compressors, nitrogen plant, chiller, boiler, and STP.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
• Record parameters like pressure, temperature, flow, and energy consumption.
• Maintain documentation of operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with user departments for requirements and consumption.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of utility equipment.
• Identify issues early to prevent failures and disruptions.
• Follow safety protocols and propose efficiency improvements.
• Apply 5S principles in the workplace.

Role & responsibilities

• Competent to operate utility systems i.e. Compressors, Nitrogen generation plant, Chiller, Boiler, STP and other related equipments.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of utility systems.
• Regularly check and record utility equipment`s parameters, such as pressure, temperature, flow rates, and energy consumption, to identify trends and deviations, and take appropriate actions accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all utility system operations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Coordination with user departments for the requirement/ consumption and operate the utilities accordingly.
• To carry out the preventive maintenance of utility equipment`s.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they cause system failures or operational disruptions.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating utility systems, ensuring compliance and safe working habits.
• Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance utility equipment`s efficiency and reliability.
• Follow the 5 S concept in his place of working.
