Job summary

Leadec in Kurkumbh seeks a Technician - Utility to manage and maintain plant utilities including AHU, chillers, and air compressors. The role emphasizes uptime, reliability, and hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds ITI/Fitter RAC or Mechanical diploma with hands-on experience in plant utilities and a willingness to perform manual tasks as needed to keep equipment ready.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical discipline preferred.
• Experience in maintenance of plant utilities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of plant utilities like AHU, chillers, heat pumps, nitrogen generators, air compressors.
• Maintain uptime and reliability of utilities.
• Perform preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain uptime and ready standby equipment; monitor operation parameters.
• Update and maintain maintenance documents; ensure safety, 5S, Kaizen.

Responsibilities:

• Operations and maintenance of plant utilities like AHU, chillers, Heat Pumps, Nitrogen generators, Air compressors. Pumps, Water distribution system
• Ensuring uptime reliability of utilities
• Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance
• Technical Shall Maintenance maintain the uptime and keep ready standby equipment.
• Monitor and Log the Operation Parameter
• Update and maintain the Maintenance documents
• Safety, 5S, Kaizen, Improvement.
• Ready to do by hand work.
