Responsibilities

• System Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily operations of critical utility infrastructure (boilers, chillers, water treatment, and electrical systems).
• Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate rapid repairs.
• Energy Efficiency & Sustainability: Monitor utility consumption patterns and resource effectiveness.
• Propose and lead energy-saving initiatives and water conservation programs.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits and system inspections.
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, safety (EHS), and industry regulations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Administration: Partner with production and engineering teams to plan utility support for active projects or lines.
• Maintain operational logs, logs of maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance reports.
• Train junior technicians and operators on safety protocols and operating procedures.
