Job summary

Hvax Technologies leads utility planning and estimation, coordinating pre-sales and post-detailing activities to ensure accurate design and cost estimates. The role focuses on team leadership, client coordination, and procurement support across pharma projects.

With 10–12 years in utility planning and project execution, you will oversee end-to-end activities, drive timely delivery, and maintain compliance with GMP/WHO/USFDA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with utility work experience.
• 10-12 years of experience in utility planning, estimation, or project execution.
• Strong experience in pharmaceutical / cleanroom projects.
• Proven experience in team handling and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Utility Department, ensuring effective execution of both pre-sales and post-detailing activities.
• Handle and guide the team involved in estimation, design detailing, and presales activities, ensuring productivity and quality output.
• Provide technical guidance and support for utility systems including water, steam and compressed air across projects.
• Identify and resolve critical technical and project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Oversee utility-related procurement activities, including vendor selection, technical evaluation, and material approvals.
• Allocate engineers, modular teams, and Assistant Managers to various projects based on requirements and workload.
• Monitor daily team activities, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Handle client interactions for critical utility-related issues and provide technical solutions and clarifications.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships, evaluate performance, and ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability.

Job description

To lead the utility planning and estimation function by managing pre-sales and post-detailing activities, ensuring accurate utility system design, cost estimation, and project planning. The role focuses on team leadership, client coordination, procurement support, and efficient execution of utility-related activities across projects. Oversee end-to-end utility planning, estimation, team management, procurement coordination, and project scheduling to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

1. Utility Department Leadership

Lead and manage the Utility Department, ensuring effective execution of both pre-sales and post-detailing activities.

2. Team Management

Handle and guide the team involved in estimation, design detailing, and presales activities, ensuring productivity and quality output.

3. Technical Support

Provide technical guidance and support for utility systems including water, steam and compressed air across projects.

4. Critical Issue Handling

Identify and resolve critical technical and project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

5. Procurement Coordination

Oversee utility-related procurement activities, including vendor selection, technical evaluation, and material approvals.

6. Resource Allocation

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, with utility work experience.

Experience

• 10-12 years of experience in utility planning, estimation, or project execution.
