Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking SAP FICA specialists with strong IS-U Utilities experience in Kolkata to deliver Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Collections, and Dunning processes. The role focuses on FICA integration with FI-GL/FI-AR/CO-PA and RAR, plus events, BAPIs, and user exits.

Preference for end-to-end utilities implementations and client-facing delivery. The candidate will configure Billing, Open Item, Dunning, and Payment processing and work with cross-functional teams on complex

• Experience with SAP FICA configuration for Billing, Invoicing, Collections, and Accounts Determination.
• Strong understanding of IS-U Utilities and Meter-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Ability to integrate FICA with FI-GL, FI-AR, CO-PA, and RAR components.
• Experience with Dunning, Open Item Management, and Payment Processing.
• Experience in end-to-end utilities implementation and client-facing delivery.

• Manage Billable/Consumption Item processes and posting areas.
