The ideal candidate will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, while ensuring seamless IT service delivery and user support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring timely incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including vendors and third‑party service providers, to deliver high‑quality IT services.

• Provide technical support to end‑users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards, while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization by leveraging SAP FICA expertise.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
