Job summary

INK Clothing in India seeks a maintenance professional with experience in textile or continuous process plants. You will handle rotary equipment such as chiller, cooling tower, air compressor, boiler, and pumps, and coordinate with process teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

You will plan preventive maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, and execute mechanical maintenance activities for both rotary and static equipment, including heat exchangers and tanks, while aligning with safety

Qualifications

• Experience in textile or continuous process plants.
• Hands-on with rotary equipment including chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, boilers and pumps.
• Inventory and spare parts management for plant equipment.
• Ability to plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Capability to coordinate mechanical maintenance with the process department.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• The candidate should have experience working in the textile industry, petrochemical plants, chemical plants, or other continuous process plants.
• Hands-on experience with rotary equipment such as chiller, Cooling Tower, Air compressor , Thermic fluid heater , Boiler, ETP, steam traps,Centrifugal pumps, and blowers.
• Knowledge of inventory and spare management for all plant equipment.
• Ability to prepare schedules and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Capability to plan and execute mechanical maintenance activities in coordination with the process department.
