Job summary

ZettaMine Labs Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Utelogy Platform Administrator in Bangalore to manage the Utelogy U-Manage/U-Managed platform and AV environment for enterprise-scale deployments.

You will own onboarding, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and integrations with ServiceNow ITSM, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and asset systems, while driving automation and governance to improve reliability. Candidates should have 8+ years in enterprise monitoring and hands-on Utelogy experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Utelogy or equivalent enterprise monitoring platforms is required.
• Strong skills in device onboarding, AV monitoring, alert management and inventory control.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON and XML is required.
• Scripting in PowerShell or Python is essential for automation.

Responsibilities

• Utelogy Platform Administration and maintenance of U-Manage/U-Managed platforms.
• Manage platform configuration, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain site, room, and device hierarchies and support upgrades and changes.
• Configure and onboard new rooms and AV devices, validate telemetry and alerts.
• Develop dashboards and reports covering room/device health and monitoring coverage.
• Support integrations with ServiceNow, Teams Rooms, CMDB/Asset systems, and APIs.
• Develop automation workflows and improve alert-to-incident processes.
• Maintain documentation, governance, and provide training.

Key Responsibilities

Utelogy Platform Administration

• Administer and maintain the Utelogy U-Manage/U-Managed platform.
• Manage platform configuration, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain site, building, room, and device hierarchies.
• Support platform upgrades, updates, and configuration changes.

Device Onboarding & Monitoring

• Configure and onboard new rooms and AV devices within Utelogy.
• Validate device communication, telemetry collection, monitoring coverage, and alerts.
• Maintain onboarding standards, templates, and procedures.
• Ensure accurate representation of the enterprise AV estate.

Monitoring & Alert Management

• Configure monitoring policies, thresholds, health indicators, and telemetry.
• Maintain monitoring coverage across rooms and devices.
• Optimize alert quality by reducing false positives, duplicate alerts, and non-actionable events.
• Implement approved alert suppression during maintenance windows.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering:
• Room Health
• Device Health
• Device Availability
• Monitoring Coverage
• Offline Assets
• Alert Volumes
• Device Reliability
• Monitoring Gaps
• Platform Performance

Integration Management

• Support integrations with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams Rooms Management, Logitech Sync, CMDB/Asset Systems, notification services, authentication platforms, and enterprise APIs.
• Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain approved automation workflows.
• Support automated ticket generation and incident enrichment.
• Improve alert-to-incident conversion effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve monitoring accuracy and operational efficiency.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain technical documentation, platform standards, onboarding procedures, and integration records.
• Support audit, compliance, and change-control activities.
• Provide platform training and technical guidance to operational teams.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with 8+ years of experience in enterprise monitoring, AV management, infrastructure monitoring, or observability platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Utelogy or equivalent monitoring platforms.
• Experience with enterprise AV environments and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Strong knowledge of device onboarding, monitoring, alert management, and inventory management.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM integrations and enterprise APIs.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale AV environments is preferred.
