Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps. You will translate complex business requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences, build wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and contribute to reusable design systems for enterprise-scale projects.

The role requires proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD, strong prototyping skills, and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent web and application interfaces.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective UI designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and project managers.
• Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Apply usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure consistency across screens, workflows, and digital products.
• Support developers during implementation and provide UI specifications/assets.

Required Skills
