Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive web and mobile interfaces for enterprise solutions. You will translate business requirements into clear UI designs, build wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes, and contribute to design systems.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and managers to ensure usable, accessible, and responsive experiences across platforms, ensuring consistency and quality throughout product work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent web and application interfaces.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective UI designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and project managers.
• Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Apply usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure consistency across screens, workflows, and digital products.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in User Interface Design and UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.
