Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile, translating business needs into clear UI solutions. You will create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs, while contributing to design systems and style guidelines.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and PMs, ensuring responsive designs and accessibility compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into effective UI designs.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in User Interface Design and UX/UI Design.

• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.
