Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will translate complex requirements into clean, responsive designs and contribute to design systems and components.

Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers and managers to ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across products, while supporting implementation with detailed UI specs.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong experience in User Interface Design and UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.
