This role requires a strong blend of UX strategy, UI design expertise, and technical understanding to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive impactful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX architecture and design for web and mobile applications
• Define UX strategy, design systems, and scalable UI frameworks
• Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency in design standards, usability, and accessibility
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements
• Drive design thinking workshops and mentor UX/UI designers
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries

Required Skills & Qualifications
