Job summary

HotelHub is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience to craft intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile. The role involves designing user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and XD.

You will conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for improving the user experience, while ensuring accessibility and responsive layouts across products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design, interaction design, and end-to-end product design.
• Proficiency in Figma with Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and Interactive Prototyping.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Job Responsibilities

User Experience and Research

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and XD.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
• Review and refine designs based on user feedback, usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, accessibility guidelines, and AI-powered design tools to improve design efficiency and innovation.

Product Design

• Build and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and visual standards to ensure consistency across products.
• Design intuitive, user-centered, and responsive web application interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.
• Prepare clear design specifications and handoff documentation, ensuring accurate implementation of designs.

Product Management

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage multiple design tasks and priorities while delivering high-quality work within project
• Ensure design solutions are scalable, technically feasible, and aligned with product strategy and business objectives.

Job Skills/Competencies/Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and Interactive Prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, typography, accessibility, responsive design, and design best practices.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and creating clear design specifications for developer handoff.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.

Technology Stack

The role will operate in a Microsoft SQL Server–centric data environment supporting business applications and reporting platforms. The technology stack includes:

• AI-Powered Design: Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Uizard, or similar tools
• HTML: Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of front-end implementation and responsive layouts.
• Editing Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
