Job Summary

The US Voice Process Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers. The role includes customer communication, lead generation, call documentation, and meeting assigned performance standards.

Requirements

• Good spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers over the phone.
• Willingness to work during night hours.
• Ability to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.
• Freshers may apply.
• Previous BPO, customer service, telesales, or voice process experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Shift timing: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Weekly offs: Saturday and Sunday

Salary

• ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
