Cap Talent HR is seeking a detail-oriented US Payroll Tax Analyst for Chennai, India, to manage end-to-end payroll tax processing and multi-state compliance. Immediate or short notice availability is preferred for a US shift role.

The candidate will handle federal/state/local filings, notices, and year-end activities, using ADP, Workday, and Excel to drive accuracy and timely reporting across the payroll function.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Payroll / Payroll Tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax regulations.
• Experience in multi-state payroll environment.
• Hands-on with ADP, Workday or similar payroll tools.
• Strong Excel & analytical skills.

Responsibilities
