Job summary

PrismHR in India is seeking a Payroll Associate to support our client-facing Service Operations Team with a broad set of payroll duties, providing an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment across the country.

Responsibilities include processing payroll for our growing client base, entering client data, reviewing time-sheets, learning data imports and QA, resolving payroll issues, and collaborating with payroll specialists to master Prism, while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Good organizational skills.

Position Summary

The Payroll Associate position is designed to support our growing client-facing Service Operations Team with an array of payroll duties. This position provides the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast paced client-facing organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The payroll associate will process payroll for our growing client base across the country
• As a payroll associate, you will enter client data and review employee time-sheets
• The associate level will learn how to import payroll information and assist with quality assurance

as needed.

• Responsible for responding and resolving client and employee payroll issues
• Partner with our payroll specialists to become knowledgeable in our payroll software, Prism.
• Required to meet remotely with clients to achieve their KPIs, which range depending upon size, service level and need of client.
• Responsible for all aspects of the client’s health, maintenance and retention.
• Works closely with the client and operational departments to ensure a mutually successful relationship.
