eClerx is hiring for US Mortgage Loan Processors in Pune. The role requires 5+ years of experience in US mortgage loan processing with the ability to work night shifts for the North America market.

• Experience with Mortgage LOS platforms such as Encompass, Empower, BytePro, Calyx Point, LendingPad, LoanSphere, ICE Mortgage Technology, Blend, DocuSign, Optimal Blue or similar tools

Ideal Candidate Experience:

• Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Refinance, Purchase, HELOC, or other US Mortgage products
• Managing multiple loan files independently
• Reviewing documentation before underwriting submission
• Coordinating with stakeholders throughout the mortgage lifecycle

Profiles that may not be considered:

• Underwriting-only experience
• Data entry or document indexing-only roles
• Post-closing documentation-only rolesLimited exposure to document validation or third-party coordination
