Experience: 1-3 years (Male candidates preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place IT consultants on bench with US clients and vendors.
• Search and identify requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and recruiter groups.
• Match consultant skills with suitable requirements and submit resumes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners.
• Negotiate C2C/W2 rates and contract terms.
• Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Maintain consultant profiles, availability, work authorization, and submission records.
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
• Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and pipeline.
• Achieve monthly submission and placement targets.
