Job summary

Sriven Systems, Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced U.S. immigration specialist to manage end-to-end H-1B processes, including filings, transfers, extensions, amendments, cap registrations, and RFEs.

You will coordinate with immigration attorneys, USCIS, candidates, recruiters, HR, and accounts to ensure compliant, timely filings. The role requires 7+ years in immigration with IT staffing exposure, strong document management and accuracy, and robust knowledge of LCA, I-129, I-94, DS-160,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field.
• 7+ years of U.S. immigration experience, preferably in IT staffing, consulting, or corporate immigration.
• Hands-on experience with H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, EAD, RFEs, and visa stamping.
• Knowledge of LCA, I-129, I-94, DS-160, PERM, I-140, and green-card processes.
• Excellent documentation, communication, compliance, and case-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end H-1B processes: new filings, transfers, extensions, amendments, cap registrations, and RFE responses.
• Manage OPT, STEM OPT, EAD, I-20, unemployment-day tracking, and transition to H-1B.
• Coordinate with immigration attorneys, USCIS, candidates, recruiters, HR, and account teams.
• Review resumes, education, experience letters, client letters, and supporting documents for filings.
• Track visa expiries, I-94, passport validity, EAD renewals, and pending documents.
• Ensure compliance with LCA, wage, worksite, and public-access-file requirements.
• Guide recruiters on candidate work authorization, transfer timelines, and client start dates.
• Maintain immigration trackers, SOPs, checklists, and document templates.
