Gudah Consultants in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced US Audit / A&A professional to lead audits focused on US GAAP/US GAAS and Commercial Real Estate clients. You will handle engagements, prepare financial statements, evaluate internal controls and coordinate with US-based teams.

You will independently research US GAAP/GAAS, mentor junior staff, manage multiple assignments, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while adhering to deadlines and professional standards.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA certification or in progress required.
• 35 years of experience in public accounting or US auditing environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US GAAS.
• Hands-on experience in US Audit / A&A.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate is required.
• Strong financial statement analysis and audit skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with CaseWare/CaseView/IDEA.

We are looking for an experienced US Audit / A&A professional with strong exposure to US GAAP and US GAAS and experience working with Commercial Real Estate clients.

The role involves handling audit engagements, financial statement preparation and analysis, internal control evaluation, US GAAP/US GAAS research, and coordination with US-based teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
