Job summary

Aldrich Business Services in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Senior Audit & Assurance professional. You will lead audit engagements, coordinate with associates and audit senior management, and liaise with US counterparts to ensure GAAP compliance.

The role requires 5–6 years in audit, strong leadership and client management skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel. US GAAP knowledge is an advantage; you will mentor staff and drive quality improvements across engagements.

Qualifications

• CA qualified, CA Inter or Final (Drop Out) or MBA in Finance.
• 5–6 years of recent experience in Audit and Assurance; strong business understanding and ability to identify issues.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office and Excel; ability to learn software apps.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously and solve problems.

Qualifications/ Technical Skills:

• Minimum 5-6 years recent experience in Audit and Assurance. Successful candidates should possess a strong business understanding and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership Skills along with Team management and Client management skills.
• Possess solid working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and ability to learn software apps.
• Should be able to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Interests in problem-solving, mathematics, logic, troubleshooting are very helpful.
