• Prepare and review journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.


• Prepare Monthly Reports and Variance Analysis.


• Manage monthly billing activities.


• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop), NetSuite, Yardi, Xero or similar software.


• Use advanced MS Excel for accounting, analysis and reporting.


• Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA / Inter CA).


• 1-3 years of accounting experience in U.S. Accounting.
