Responsibilities

• Accounting Management: Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. Handle periodic financial audits and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Taxation & Compliance: Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning. Analyze financial data to forecast future financial trends.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for financial data consolidation. Support junior staff by guiding and resolving accounting-related issues.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential). Advanced certifications or courses in Accounting (preferred).
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
• Key Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems. Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
