Job summary

Rhodiumanalytics in Gurgaon, India, is seeking a Senior Manager / Manager - US Accounting with 8-15 years of experience to lead end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP while managing a diverse team.

You will oversee general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, and audits, mentor staff, and work with US-based clients to deliver accurate, timely results and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of relevant accounting experience in US accounting or multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.
