Job search in Mumbai is seeking an AIF Operations Executive/Associate to support day-to-day Category III AIF operations, including investor servicing, transaction processing, reconciliations, and coordination with the RTA, custodian, fund accountant, banks, and other service providers.

The role covers investor onboarding, KYC, NAV preparation, MIS reporting, documentation, and regulatory compliance, with teamwork across internal and external partners to ensure smooth fund operations.

Competenze

• Experience in AIF/PMS/Mutual Fund/Fund Accounting/RTA/Custody preferred.
• Knowledge of Category III AIF operations.
• Experience with CAMS or similar RTA platforms.
• Experience in investor onboarding and KYC.
• Experience in bank/custodian reconciliation.

About The Role

We are looking for a AIF Operations professional to support the day-to-day operations of a Category III AIF. The role will involve investor servicing, transaction processing, reconciliations, documentation and coordination with the RTA, custodian, fund accountant, banks and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Category III AIF.
