Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Fund Operations Executive to oversee the operational, compliance, and reporting aspects of its AIF business based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have an MBA (Finance) or CA Inter and 2–4 years of relevant experience.

The role involves handling daily fund operations, maintaining investor records, and ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations. Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills are necessary.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations (added advantage).

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day fund operations and transaction processing.
• Maintain investor records, capital calls, and distributions tracking.
• Coordinate with custodians, trustees, auditors, and legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI (AIF) regulations.
• Prepare MIS, investor reports, and fund performance reports.
• Assist in onboarding investors (KYC, documentation, etc.).
• Monitor fund accounting and reconcile discrepancies.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Fund Operations Executive to manage operational, compliance, and reporting aspects of our AIF business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day‑to‑day fund operations and transaction processing
• Maintain investor records, capital calls, and distributions tracking
• Coordinate with custodians, trustees, auditors, and legal teams
• Ensure compliance with SEBI (AIF) regulations
• Prepare MIS, investor reports, and fund performance reports
• Assist in onboarding investors (KYC, documentation, etc.)
